Barcelona, Spain – 24th September 2021 – SAVE THE DATE!
The European Education Policy Network on Teachers and School Leaders is pleased to invite you to its Annual Conference «New roles and competences of teachers and school leaders in the digital age». The event, hosted and co-organised by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UBA) and the European School Head Association (ESHA), will be held in hybrid format (face-to-face and online) to allow for the maximum accessibility as possible.
Among others, the conference will have the contributions, as speakers, of representatives from the European Commission, national governments and academia. The event, through interactive and workshop-style sessions, will inform the co-creation and finalisation of related policy recommendations for European, national, regional and local education decision makers that were elaborated in the framework of the project. In its second year, EEPN network looked into a number of topics related to new roles and competences of teachers and school leaders in the digital age for inclusive quality education in all European Union Member States, a theme that has been made more relevant than ever by the school closures all over Europe and beyond. Five research teams covered five different subtopics that will be discussed in Barcelona. Read the EEPN researches here!
The conference is free of charge and, for a contingent of 65 participants, travel and accommodation costs up to 250 euro per person can be reimbursed. For more information, contact the conference host at eszter.salamon[at]esha.org. The full agenda will be available soon on EEPN website.
